Return Policy – AIappsClouD
At AIappsClouD.com, a digital business brand operated by LINU. C. T. (LINU CHIRAPPURATH THILAKAN), a registered sole proprietor under GST and Udyam Registration in India, our offerings consist entirely of digital products, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and white-label platform access.
Because we do not sell or ship physical goods, physical returns are not applicable and are strictly not accepted. Please review our specific digital return guidelines below..
1. Digital Product Delivery (eBooks, Courses, Tools)
Because digital items are intellectual property that can be easily downloaded and copied, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense once delivered electronically (via email, download link, or account access).
All digital product sales are final. Refunds, if applicable, are strictly governed by our standalone Refund and Cancellation Policy and depend entirely on the specific product’s sales page guarantee.
2. SaaS Services
SaaS subscriptions and platform accounts are provisioned and activated online immediately after payment.
Because these services represent time-based digital access rather than a physical item, they cannot be returned.
Customers wishing to stop using the service may request a cancellation or refund subject exclusively to the terms outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
3. White-Label & Reseller Licenses
Purchases related to reseller, agency, or white-label platform access are digital licenses and cannot be returned.
Any applicable refunds for these licenses will be processed according to the terms specified at the time of purchase and our overarching refund terms.
4. Defective, Corrupted, or Inaccessible Digital Goods
While traditional returns are not possible, we stand by the quality of our digital infrastructure. If a digital file you purchased is corrupted, fails to download, or if you experience technical errors preventing you from accessing your SaaS account, please contact our support team immediately.
We will investigate the issue and, where verified, provide a replacement file, fix the account access, or restore the service at no additional cost to you.
