Refund & Cancellation Policy – AIappsClouD

At AIappsClouD.com, a digital business brand operated by LINU. C. T. (LINU CHIRAPPURATH THILAKAN), a registered sole proprietor under GST and Udyam Registration in India, we value customer satisfaction and transparency.

Because we offer digital goods and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), our refunds and cancellations are strictly governed by the following terms. By purchasing from AIappsClouD.com, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. General Refund Policy

Product-specific refund guarantees mentioned explicitly on the respective sales page will always take precedence over this general policy.

If a sales page offers a specific money-back guarantee (e.g., 7-day, 14-day, or 30-day), those exact terms will apply.

If no refund guarantee is explicitly stated on the product's sales page, the product or service is strictly non-refundable.

Promotional, heavily discounted, or bundle-deal purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. SaaS Products & Subscriptions

SaaS products that include a refund guarantee, customers may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase if they are not satisfied.

Approved SaaS refunds are subject to a 25% administrative and platform usage fee. Therefore, a 75% refund of the total purchase amount will be processed, unless a different term is specified on the sales page.

3. Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, Tools)

Due to the easily downloadable nature of digital assets, all digital products are considered non-refundable once access is granted or the download link is delivered.

Due Exception: If a specific digital product sales page explicitly offers a refund guarantee, requests made within the stated timeframe (14–30 days) will be honored. These approved refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee, resulting in a 90% refund.

4. White-Label & Reseller Licenses

For purchases related to reseller, agency, or white-label platform access, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

For the product Whitelabel SaaS platform with 200+ AI tools, refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase, provided the domain has not been connected. Once domain setup begins, refunds are no longer possible.

Approved refunds for these licenses are subject to a 25% administrative and platform setup fee. Therefore, a 75% refund of the total purchase amount will be processed, unless otherwise specified on the sales page.

5. Cancellation Policy

SaaS Subscriptions: You may cancel your ongoing SaaS subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month/year.

Effect of Cancellation: Canceling a subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for previous payments. You will retain access to the software until the end of your current paid billing period.

6. How To Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or cancellation, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number, registered email address, and the reason for the request.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.) within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been successfully initiated from our end.
